The property owner decides the amount of time the air conditioning will run dependent on the amount of money inserted and he/she can adjust that amount at any time. There is also the advantage of an override key for owner occupancy. From a digital readout the owner can also see the total amount of money deposited in the cash box.
For the occupier, there is also a useful credit save function for when the air conditioning is not in use and an audible alarm sounds 1 minute before any money expires.
